As the founder and CEO (Chief Encouragement Officer) of Foresight 20/20 Coaching, Inc. I am on a journey to raise awareness of choice so fellow travelers can transform into the person they are meant to be and live life to the fullest. I help my clients co-create their future by:
1. uncovering roadblocks, thoughts, or beliefs that get in the way,
2. creating clarity around their purpose and values, and
3. developing a crystal-clear path forward to move from functional to optimal.
I have learned a lot in my 25+ years in corporate America as a trainer, education consultant, project manager, operations manager, program leader, innovation coach, and change management lead. In these roles, I have been known as a continuous learner, developer of people, innovator, process improver, cross-functional team leader, and collaborator. I am grateful for the experiences, knowledge gained, and lessons learned; however, I am most grateful for the amazing people that have shaped who I am.
